                             RESOLUTION NO.   20383 
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE CITY
                  FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST,
                  RESPECTIVELY, AN AGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN STAR
                  PROPERTIES, INC. AND AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
                  TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,
                  RELATIVE TO INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL
                  AT THE INTERSECTION OF STATE ROUTE 153 AND THE
                  NORTH K-MART DRIVEWAY.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an Agreement with 

       American Star Properties, Inc. and an Agreement with the 
Tennessee
       Department of Transportation, relative to installation of a
       traffic signal at the intersection of State Route 153 and the
       north K-Mart Driveway.
